Trekon Health offers telehealth consultations and coordinates customized Med Kits containing prescription medications based on individual medical assessments. Trekon Health is not a pharmacy and does not sell medications directly. All prescriptions are kitted and fulfilled by a third-party pharmacy.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Prescription Medications

Medications prescribed through Trekon Health are prescribed based on a telehealth consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. You agree to provide complete and accurate information during your consultation. The provider will determine if it is medically appropriate to issue a prescription. Controlled substances are not included in our services. All medications must be used as directed by the prescribing healthcare provider.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our services and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to obtain medications for someone else or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our Site.

7. Payment and Fees

Trekon Health charges an administrative fee for its services. A portion of the money we collect is paid to our third-party pharmacy, which covers their fees, cost of medicines, and any applicable shipping fees.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds for consultations or medications once they have been provided. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trekon Health or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
